Reshaping Education through E-Learning in Bangladesh

Abstract: The present study examines the accessibility, personalized learning, collaborative and interactive environments, and flexibility of e-learning that have affected education. E-learning has broken geographical barriers, allowing students from remote and disadvantaged backgrounds to access quality education. It has globalized lifelong learning, skill development, and personal improvement. Descriptive research using content analysis, and literature review examined these issues. The study also interviewed ten teachers to collect the ins and outs. The findings show how adaptive technology in e-learning enables students to learn at their own pace and with customized guidance and materials. Online platforms provide meaningful interactions, knowledge sharing, and critical thinking among learners, boosting global awareness. Self-paced courses and asynchronous learning offer varied learning styles and seamless integration of education into daily life. E-learning’s accessibility, personalization, collaboration, and flexibility have transformed education, despite obstacles like the digital divide and student participation. E-learning has opened new doors to a more inclusive and dynamic learning environment. The report offers future research to bridge the digital divide and increase student motivation and engagement in online learning to maximize the potential of e-learning in education.
